Tours and Information Sessions

Campus tours and information sessions offer you great opportunities to explore Bentley firsthand, hear more about our academic programs, discover our student organizations and campus life, and have your questions about the admission process answered. We strongly urge families to sign up for both an information session and a tour so that they can understand the full Bentley experience.

Tours

A current student will serve as your guide as you tour our campus, explore academic buildings, and visit student living and social spaces. You will also see our world-class financial Trading Room and many other high-tech resources. Your student guide will provide information about student activities, the campus community and living near Boston.

Types of Tours

We offer two types of tours:

1. Campus tours are typically scheduled on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but the schedule varies throughout the year based on exam periods and semester breaks. Campus tours usually last approximately one hour.

2. Campus tours of the Dana Athletic Center are scheduled for selected weekdays at noon. In addition to visiting our academic and residential buildings, you will also tour Bentley's lower campus which is the home to our athletic fields and facilities. These tours typically last 1.5 hours.

Both types of tours are led by one student, and the size of the tour can vary from one to four families. Please be aware that our campus is on a hill, so consider wearing comfortable walking shoes.

Scheduling Tours and Interviews

You may schedule a tour and an interview together, provided there is availability in our schedule. Please use the appointment calendar to schedule a tour. If possible, we recommend that you schedule your visit to campus two weeks in advance to ensure appointment availability. In addition, if you are planning a visit to our campus in the summer, bear in mind that the Office of Undergraduate Admission is closed on Fridays from mid-May until mid-August. Information Sessions

Find out about living and learning at Bentley from a member of our admission committee. The session will include informationabout the benefits of a Bentley education, as well as tips on navigating the admission and financial aid processes. Following this discussion, you will enjoy a student-led tour and see firsthand what it’s like to live as a Bentley student.

The information session is approximately 30 to 40 minutes and includes a presentation by a member of the admission committee and a 45-minute tour with a current student. Since our campus is built on a hill, you may want to consider wearing comfortable walking shoes.

The information session schedule changes throughout the academic year and the summer. Please try to schedule your information session two weeks in advance in order to ensure appointment availability. If you are planning to visit campus during the summer, bear in mind that the Office of Undergraduate Admission is closed on Fridays from mid-May until mid-August.
