The requirements for domestic transfer applicants include:
We accept the Common Application with the Bentley Transfer Common Application supplement, which should be submitted online but can be mailed. Please submit all supporting documents at the same time.
Please request that all official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. In addition, please submit an official, final high school transcript with date of graduation.
This form (found within the Common Application) should be submitted once you have taken midyear exams or completed midterm assignments. If you are currently not enrolled in college courses, this form is not required.
This form can be found on the Common Application website and should be used to report grades for courses in which you are currently enrolled.
We require two letters of recommendation, preferably from professors. A reference from an employer or high school teacher is acceptable in lieu of one professor recommendation.
The SAT or ACT with Writing is required for all transfer applicants who have taken fewer than 10 transferable college courses. These may be sent directly from the testing agency, or indicated on your official high school transcript.
If English is not your primary language, you must also submit official results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing Systems exam (IELTS). The TOEFL requirement may be waived for transfer applicants who have completed English Composition I and English Composition II at the university level and have earned a B- or higher in each course.
To submit all hard copy credentials by mail, including references, send them to the following address:
